We’re proud to be providing engineering designs and services for the major transformation at Pace University’s downtown campus — the renovation of the One Pace Plaza East building in Lower Manhattan.
The project consists of a fully revamped building ready for occupancy in Fall 2026 with three new theatres, state-of-the-art performance & production labs, podcast studios, maker spaces and more.
We’re honored to be working alongside distinguished architects FXCollaborative to support this visionary space for students and faculty and bring it to life.
