The Mystic Seaport Museum’s Thompson Exhibition Building was honored with a Blue Ribbon Award in the Best Specialty Project category by CREW CT – The Real Estate Exchange. The award was presented recently at a ceremony held at the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford during which 8 other outstanding CT projects completed in 2016 were recognized. Kohler Ronan designed comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in addition to conducting extensive energy modeling for the state-of-the-art facility totaling 21,000 square feet.
