Rory is a founding member of the firm and brings 35 years of electrical engineering experience and industry expertise to each and every project. His working knowledge of all disciplines allows him to successfully lead his design team from the schematic phase of a project through design and, finally, to construction. He remains actively engaged in all phases of design and serves as an invaluable resource for engineers of all disciplines. 

As Partner, Rory engages in team leadership, client interface, business development, and strategic planning. He oversees both quality control of firm projects and the achievement of sustainability goals.
