Talya has designed mechanical systems for large institutions, universities, commercial spaces, and residences—both in urban and rural areas. She brings substantial industry experience, attention to detail, operational skills, and creative talent to all projects. Since joining Kohler Ronan’s New York office, Talya has proven herself to be extremely engaging and to possess unparalleled interpersonal skills. She is able to explain the most complicated engineering topics in the simplest of terms. 

As Partner, Talya participates in team leadership, contributes to business development, and ensures client satisfaction. Her many skills allow her to successfully complete projects while mentoring several of our younger engineers.
