With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Joe heads up the fire protection and plumbing department in the New York office. This experience along with his certifications bring innovative design solutions to a variety of projects across building specialties including corporate and government buildings, retail and residential spaces, and academic and cultural institutions.

As Sr. Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer, Joe is responsible for the design of plumbing and fire protection systems and related equipment selection. Additionally, he participates in survey and due diligence, trouble shooting, problem solving, and construction administration projects. Joe’s breadth of knowledge is invaluable to any project team.
